1-year labor warranty

Every new fence installation includes it, and there's nothing to register. It covers defects in workmanship for one year, including gate closers and locks.

Not covered

• Storms, weather and other acts of God
• Damage from people, pets or impacts
• Post shifting (common in our area)
• Natural changes in wood: warping, splitting, fading or shrinking
• Fences changed or altered after install
• Projects not paid per the agreed terms

During construction

Fence work means digging, trimming, hauling and heavy equipment. Please move plants, decor, mulch, rock and edging out of the work area. We're not responsible for damage to landscaping near the project. If trees or shrubs need to be trimmed or removed, we'll agree on the cost first.

Terms

• Estimates include disposal, taxes and permits, and are good for 45 days.
• 50% deposit before work starts. The balance is due within 72 hours of completion.
• Cash, check or card (3.49% card fee).
• If a permit is needed, you provide the plot map.
• Keep vehicles out of the work area, and please stay out of it while we work.
