Permits, heights and HOA rules.
Most cities we serve have fence rules for safety and property lines. We handle the permit process for you.
HOA?
Check with them first. HOA rules can be stricter than the city's.
Pool fences (most common rules)
- At least 48″ tall, measured from the outside
- No gap underneath that a 4″ ball could pass through
- Gates must self-close, self-latch, lock and open away from the pool
- Gate latches at least 60″ off the ground
